Hello, I'm Brandon Grass, born and raised in Abbotsford, BC. My path to real estate wasn't exactly conventional—I left high school at 18 and navigated the challenges of my parents' divorce—but those experiences taught me the value of determination and resilience that I bring to my work every day.
My Journey: From Building Businesses to Building Dreams
Before I found my passion in real estate, I built and ran a successful restaurant cleaning company that served some of Canada's most recognized establishments—places like Joey's, Earls, Red Robin, Cactus Club Cafe, and Milestones from coast to coast. I loved the entrepreneurial challenge, but my mom helped me realize something important: I needed better balance between work and family. That conversation changed everything and led me to real estate.
The transition wasn't easy. I spent six months working as a cleaner while studying for my real estate license—listening to exam prep podcasts during every shift, putting in countless hours to overcome educational hurdles. But I was determined to make it happen.
Building Something Special
I'm proud to say that hard work paid off. In 2022, I ranked among the top 50 eXp Realty agents in Canada, and back in 2019, I was recognized as one of Kelowna's three best-rated real estate agents. But what means the most to me are the relationships I've built—reflected in over 90 five-star reviews from clients on Google, Facebook, and Rank My Agent.
My success didn't come from luck. It came from showing up every single day—making over 200,000 calls, sending tens of thousands of emails, creating over 200 YouTube videos, and recording more than 50 podcast episodes. I believe in putting in the work.
In 2023, I took the leap and formed the Brandon Grass Team alongside my life partner and kindergarten crush Lisa Grass. Together, we're committed to raising the bar for real estate service in Kelowna.

Life Beyond Real Estate
For me, work and life aren't separate—they're both part of who I am. I'm passionate about continuous growth. Last year alone, I read over 60 books and attended two world-class seminars, always looking for ways to be better in every area of my life.
But family comes first, always. Whether I'm cannonballing into the pool with my kids or racing them to the top of the Valley of Fear at Cutlas Lake Waterslides, those moments remind me why I work so hard.
